We resolved the issue described below that affected NSLDS access for some customers who incorrectly received suspension notices. These customers are no longer in suspension status.
We also resolved a separate issue that some users experienced on Monday, Aug. 14 when attempting to log in using Chrome and/or Firefox browsers. Before logging in again using Chrome or Firefox, it is recommended that a user clear the cache in the browser’s settings.

We are aware that some users have received a suspension notice that is blocking their access to the NSLDS Professional Access (FAP) website and are actively working to automatically reverse the suspensions as soon as possible. We regret this inconvenience to our customers and will publish updates in this location.
