Draft 2024–25 FAFSA Specifications Guide (August 2023 Update) Now Available

We have posted an update to the draft 2024–25 FAFSA Specifications Guide. The volumes contained in this guide contain FAFSA Processing System (FPS) technical and processing information for the 2024–25 award year.

With this August 2023 update, we have added Volume 7 – Comment Codes, Volume 8 – Agency Matches, and Volume 9 – Testing and Web Demo System.

The following volumes remain unchanged:
