11 A.M. ET Update on Aug. 2:
FSA is continuing to ensure that all FSA Partner Connect users have regained their access to FSA Partner Connect. We apologize for any continued inconvenience and will continue to provide updates today.
1:30 P.M. ET Update on Aug. 1:
FSA has initiated restoration of FSA Partner Connect access for all impacted Administrators. Administrators will receive an email from FSA Partner Connect notifying them of this action.
Upon receipt of the email titled “FSA Partner Connect Access Update” an FSA Partner Connect Administrator will go to FSA Partner Connect, log in, review and acknowledge access for their organization, and then electronically sign their name.
After an FSA Partner Connect Administrator completes those actions, all users will regain their access to FSA Partner Connect.
If an FSA Partner Connect Administrator experiences any problems after receiving the email, Contact Customer Support for assistance.
