2022 Virtual Federal Student Aid Training Conference – On-Demand Access Available Until March 2023 (Updated Feb. 17, 2023)

Note

On March 3, 2023, the event platform for the 2022 Virtual FSA Training Conference will no longer be available. After March 3, you will not have the ability to print certificates of attendance.

All video recordings of the conference sessions and PowerPoint presentations will be available after March 3 on the FSA Conferences website at fsaconferences.ed.gov. All sessions can be accessed without the original log-in credentials required on the conference platform.

We would like to thank our partners in the financial aid community for participating last week in the 2022 Virtual Federal Student Aid Training Conference! With over 18,000 registered for the four-day training conference, engagement and collaboration with our partners once again ensured success. We were pleased to have the opportunity to share important and timely information with you, including keynote addresses from U.S. Department of Education leadership, five general sessions, one foreign school session, and 22 breakout sessions covering the latest in financial aid policy, COVID-19 related impacts, and operational updates.

If you were unable to attend a session or would like to review a session, the opportunity to continue learning is available with on-demand access to the conference programming. Visit the 2022 Virtual FSA Training Conference Event Platform (https://2022fsatc.us.chime.live) and navigate to the “On-Demand” page from the main menu. All sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until March 3, 2023.

To make the most of your on-demand viewing, we highlight the following:

  • As a reminder, use Google Chrome for the best experience with the conference platform.

  • For sessions that included a live Q&A, a transcript of the Q&A will be available with the on-demand video.

  • A certificate of completion is available after you view a live or on-demand session and complete the session evaluation. The certificate is cumulative, meaning each time you view a session and complete the evaluation, the certificate will list all sessions that you have viewed to that point. Since all sessions are listed on one certificate, you do not need to print the certificate each time you complete a session evaluation. You can wait until after you have viewed all sessions and print (or save to a PDF) your certificate then. For more information, see the Certificate FAQs. Certificates are only available for sessions viewed on the platform (available until March 3, 2023).

  • PowerPoint presentations are available for download from the FSA Conferences website.

  • Finally, if you did not register for the conference but would like to access the on-demand presentations, you will need to register first. After completing the simple registration process, you will receive an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live. This email contains the information you need to access the on-demand sessions on the conference platform.

Thank you once again for joining us in a virtual environment. Please look for an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live requesting your feedback about the 2022 Virtual FSA Training Conference. If you haven’t responded already, please take a moment to complete this important conference evaluation. Your unique insight is always a critical factor in our future planning.

Speaking of the future, our planning is underway for the 2023 FSA Training Conference. We look forward to sharing our 2023 plans with you in the coming months.
