The 2022 Virtual Federal Student Aid Training Conference for financial aid professionals is fast approaching! The conference (Nov. 29–Dec. 2) will feature keynote addresses from U.S. Department of Education leadership, five general sessions, one foreign school session, 22 breakout sessions (covering the latest in financial aid policy, COVID-19 related impacts, and operational updates), and a one-day only Exhibit Hall (formerly the Resource Center) on the last day of the conference during which you can engage one-on-one with subject matter experts.
Virtual Platform Is Open!
To assist you with preparing for the conference, the 2022 Virtual FSA Training Conference Event Platform (https://2022fsatc.us.chime.live) is now available for you to log in and build your schedule, view speaker bios, set up your electronic business card, and begin exploring the virtual Exhibit Hall.
To get started, look for an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live that will be sent to all registered participants beginning today, Nov. 22. This email contains important information you will need to access the conference platform, including a link to the platform, your unique username, and a password.
Note: Please do not reply to mobilesolutions@chime.live. Replies will be sent to an unmonitored mailbox. If you have questions, please use the information in the “Contact Information” section below.

If you can’t find the email from mobilesolutions@chime.live, check your spam folder. If you still can’t locate the email, go to the log-in page of the platform at https://2022fsatc.us.chime.live and choose “Forgot password.”
Session content will be available for viewing when the conference begins at 9 a.m. Eastern time (ET) on Tuesday, Nov. 29. All sessions are pre-recorded but many include live Q&A, so be sure to check out the conference agenda and plan your viewing schedule.
Do you still need to register for the conference? Go to the FSA Conferences website and choose “Registration now open!” on the home page to complete your free registration.

To avoid buffering, ensure no one else in your home or office is using excessive bandwidth for applications such as Zoom, Netflix, or gaming platforms.
