We have posted our final Five-Year Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2023–27 on the Federal Student Aid Data Center at StudentAid.gov/strategicplan.

We have posted our draft Fiscal Years 2023–27 strategic plan on the Federal Student Aid Data Center at StudentAid.gov/strategicplan for public review.

As a principal office of the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) ensures that all eligible students and families can access federal student grants, loans, and work-study funds to pursue education and training beyond high school. We are deeply committed to doing our part to enable the American dream for students and families across the country.

This strategic plan outlines our efforts in the next five years to enhance customer service, advance our compliance and oversight capabilities, invest in our internal and expanded workforce and workplace, and bolster operational efficiencies.

We look forward to collaborating with higher education stakeholders to achieve our shared goals to provide funding for postsecondary educational opportunities and to do so in a way that better serves students and families.

The draft plan will be available for public review until 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Sept. 28, 2022. Both the draft strategic plan and a form for feedback about the draft plan are available at StudentAid.gov/strategicplan.
