Resolved on Aug. 8: We have resolved the issue affecting access to the NSLDS Professional Access and FSA Partner Connect websites that loan servicer and guaranty agency authorized users began experiencing on Friday, Aug. 5. To resolve that issue, we needed to revert the Participation Management Database to a previous version. As such, any transactions completed from Thursday, Aug. 4 through Saturday, Aug. 6 will have to be re-entered into the system. We are emailing impacted users associated with those transactions and regret this inconvenience.

10 a.m. ET Update on Aug. 8: We are continuing to gather data and investigate as more loan servicer and guaranty agency authorized users start the workday. We will publish another status update on Knowledge Center by 1 p.m. ET today. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

8 a.m. ET Update on Aug. 8: We worked over the weekend to resolve the issue affecting access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS®) Professional Access and FSA Partner Connect websites by loan servicer and guaranty agency authorized users. Early reports by loan servicer and guaranty agency authorized users are coming into us now. Some users can access, while other users cannot access. We are investigating these early reports and will publish another status update on Knowledge Center by 10 a.m. ET this morning.

This morning we became aware of an issue affecting access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS®) Professional Access and FSA Partner Connect websites by loan servicer and guaranty agency authorized users. We have identified the cause of the issue and are actively working to resolve it. We expect loan servicer and guaranty agency authorized users of the two websites to be able to log in at the start of business on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022.

We will publish a status update on Knowledge Center by 8 a.m. ET on Monday morning.
