Important
On Aug. 18, 2022, we updated this announcement to correct the zip code for the post office box address. The correct zip code for the post office box is 22038. There is no change to the zip code for the street address.
In this announcement, we provide updated mailing address information for the COD School Relations Center as we move operations from Niagara Falls, NY to Fairfax, VA. The mailing address changes are effective July 27, 2022.
The new addresses for sending paper MPN packages, Direct PLUS Loan endorser addenda, and Campus-Based signature pages and forms to the U.S. Department of Education are provided in the table below.

Important:
After July 27, 2022, correspondence sent via the U.S. Postal Service to the Niagara Falls, NY address will be forwarded to the Fairfax, VA address until the end of the year. Correspondence sent via overnight mail or a commercial courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) to the former street address in Niagara Falls, NY cannot be forwarded. Instead, it will be returned to the school.
What does this mean for schools?
With most processing being done electronically, we hope the address change will cause limited disruption to schools. However, a school should adjust its processes and documentation to ensure the correct addresses are used as soon as possible after July 27, 2022.
We are in the process of updating the new address information in our posted documents and forms and on the appropriate websites. These changes will be made at the earliest possible point and appear in documents going forward. Note: Schools may not see the updates across our websites and documents for several months, and there will be cases where some existing publications will not be updated, and the old address will still be found in searches on the web.
