This Electronic Announcement was initially published with an incorrect Electronic Announcement ID. On March 21, 2022, we corrected the Electronic Announcement ID.
Earlier this week, many authenticated FSA Partner Connect users received two emails each day indicating impact to their FSA Partner Connect Primary/Secondary Administrator role. These emails were being generated incorrectly as there had been no change to a user’s FSA Partner Connect Primary/Secondary Administrator role. In addition, there was no connection between the incorrectly generated emails and a user’s SAIG Primary/Secondary Destination Point Administrator role.
We are pleased to announce that beginning today, March 18, 2022, authenticated FSA Partner Connect users should no longer receive incorrectly generated FSA Partner Connect Primary/Secondary Administrator role emails. We regret the inconvenience caused by the incorrect emails and will work to prevent this from happening again.
