Note
On March 2, 2022, registration and the event platform for the 2021 Virtual FSA Training Conference will no longer be available. After March 2, you will not have the ability to print certificates of attendance.
All video recordings of the conference sessions and PowerPoint presentations are available on the FSA Conferences website at fsaconferences.ed.gov. All sessions can be accessed without the original log-in credentials required on the conference platform.
We would like to thank our partners in the financial aid community for participating last week in the 2021 Virtual Federal Student Aid Training Conference! With over 19,000 registrants the engagement with our partners raised the bar for virtual collaboration and ensured the success of our second virtual training conference!
The opportunity to remain engaged and continue learning is available with on-demand access to the conference programming. If you were unable to attend a session or would like to review a session, visit the 2021 Virtual FSA Training Conference Event Platform (https://2021fsatc.us.chime.live) and navigate to the “On-Demand” page from the main menu. All sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until March 2, 2022.
To make the most of your on-demand viewing, we highlight the following:
-
As a reminder, use Google Chrome for the best experience with the conference platform.
-
For sessions that included a live Q&A, a transcript of the Q&A will be available with the on-demand video.
-
A certificate of completion is available after you view an on-demand session and complete the session evaluation. The certificate is cumulative, meaning each time you view a session and complete the evaluation, the certificate will list all sessions that you have viewed to that point. Since all sessions are listed on one certificate, you do not need to print the certificate each time you complete a session evaluation. You can wait until after you have viewed all sessions and print (or save to a PDF) your certificate then. For more information, see the Certificate FAQs.
-
PowerPoint presentations are available for download from the FSA Conferences website.
-
Finally, if you did not register for the conference but would like to access the on-demand presentations, you will need to register first. After completing the simple registration process, you will receive an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live. This email contains the information you need to access the on-demand sessions on the conference platform.
Thank you once again for joining us in a virtual environment and allowing us the opportunity to share important and timely information with you. Please look for an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live requesting your feedback about the 2021 Virtual FSA Training Conference. If you haven’t responded already, please take a moment to complete this important conference evaluation. Your unique insight is always a critical factor in our future planning.
Speaking of the future, our planning is underway for the 2022 FSA Training Conference. We continue to actively monitor the ongoing health situation and look forward to sharing our 2022 plans with you in the coming months.
