The intermittent connectivity issues described in this Electronic Announcement have been resolved. Normal operations have resumed.
We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG), particularly during the peak processing part of the day. Some users are unable to connect to the SAIG or are having difficulty completing transactions, such as sending and retrieving files.
We have identified several issues and are working as expeditiously as possible to restore normal operations. We will be implementing changes on Sunday, June 13, 2021, to resolve the identified issues and will closely monitor the impact to operations after the changes are made. Additional updates are planned for June 20, 2021, if necessary.
We regret the inconvenience and appreciate the community's patience and understanding while we work to resolve these issues.
