As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that Federal Student Aid and the Department of Education provide the school community with resources to assist them in administering the Title IV programs on their campuses, we have implemented a Title IV Institutional Survey. Through this survey, we will assess the ease with which schools are able to conduct business with us.
An independent vendor, CFI Group, will conduct the Title IV Institutional Survey electronically and will launch this web survey on June 9, 2021. The survey will close by July 2, 2021.
CFI Group will contact school financial aid administrators via email and provide a link to the web survey. The notification emails will be sent from: “Federal Student Aid, through CFI Group [firstname.lastname@example.org]”. The web survey is designed to take approximately five minutes to complete and will be conducted in a manner ensuring anonymity of all responses. Participation in this survey is voluntary.
