We are pleased to announce the launch of the FSA Partner Connect website. We also welcome users to the new Knowledge Center. We previously posted information about the new site in several announcements on Feb. 25, 2021, March 9, 2021, and March 18, 2021.
As a reminder, the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website has been retired. Users visiting the IFAP website home page will be redirected to Knowledge Center Home. For specific details about other URLs, email subscriptions, and other transition information, refer to the March 9, 2021, announcement.
Note: Many IFAP users accessed other FSA systems by clicking on links to those systems that were available on the IFAP website. Users will now find these same FSA system links on the FSA Partner Connect website; refer to the FSA Partner Connect navigation training materials to see where these FSA system links are located.
Subscription Reminders
If you were subscribed to IFAP email updates, your subscription information was transferred to the Knowledge Center. Daily subscription emails will begin the week of Monday, March 29, 2021; the first weekly subscription emails will be sent on Saturday, April 3, 2021, and Sunday, April 4, 2021.
Users not previously subscribed to IFAP email updates can now subscribe to Knowledge Center email updates using the link on Knowledge Center Home. If you need to make changes to your subscription settings, refer to the Managing Your Knowledge Center Subscriptions job aid on the Federal Student Aid E-Training website for the applicable instructions.
