On May 26, 2020, the hours for the COD School Relations Center will change. The new hours will be as follows:

There should be minimal impact on schools as the call center receives very few calls between the hours of 8–11 p.m. (data shows an average of two calls per day during the 3-hour period). However, schools should adjust their processes and documentation accordingly.
We are in the process of updating the contact information on any applicable Federal Student Aid websites and in posted documentation, technical guides, and correspondence.
