On December 17, 2019, the President issued an executive order declaring Tuesday, December 24, 2019 (Christmas Eve) as a federal holiday. As a result of this executive order, we are informing all schools that the Central Processing System (CPS) will accept data but will not process records or send Institutional Student Information Records (ISIRs) on Tuesday, December 24, 2019.
As previously noted in the December 19, 2019 electronic announcement posted to the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website, located at https://ifap.ed.gov, the CPS will resume processing and ISIR distribution on Thursday, December 26, 2019. This processing will now include data received on December 24 as well as December 25, 2019.
