Subject: IFAP Survey Now Available
Federal Student Aid is conducting a customer survey regarding the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website, https://ifap.ed.gov. The purpose of the IFAP Survey is to gather feedback on the current design and functionality of the website. We will review the information gathered from the survey as we prioritize future enhancements to the IFAP website.
The IFAP Survey is hosted by SurveyMonkey® and consists of 12 questions that will take approximately 30 seconds per response to complete. The survey is voluntary, and all submissions are anonymous.
