Subject: FSA Research and Customer Care Center (RCCC) Retirement Effective 5/31/2018
Given Federal Student Aid’s expansive contact center resources for our financial aid community customers, we are retiring the FSA Research and Customer Care Center (RCCC) on May 31, 2018. We are in the process of removing the RCCC’s name, phone number, and email references from our websites, documentation, and publications. We ask that members of the financial aid community do the same.
Our ongoing contact center resources are listed on our Service Centers for Schools, Service Centers for Students, and Federal Student Aid Offices contact information pages.
In addition, REACH FSA at 1-855-FSA-4FAA (1-855-372-4322) is being updated to reflect the RCCC retirement. REACH FSA is Federal Student Aid’s single phone number through which the financial aid community can connect with our contact centers.
We appreciate the financial aid community’s understanding as we complete the necessary updates.
