Subject: Loan Servicing Information – Performance Metrics and Allocation Information Now Available on the FSA Data Center
This announcement informs the community of the availability of the customer service performance results for each of the Department of Education’s (the Department’s) federal loan servicers for the following periods:
July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017
October 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017
The allocations in effect from March 1, 2018 through August 31, 2018 are also available.
The federal loan servicers with customer service performance results and allocations are as follows:

All federal loan servicer performance metric and allocation data, in addition to its accompanying explanation, is located on the FSA Data Center. This includes the customer performance results for the Quarter Ending September 30, 2017, customer performance results for the Quarter Ending December 31, 2017, and allocations in effect March 1, 2018 through August 31, 2018.
