Subject: eCampus-Based Transition #4 – Campus-Based Contact Information and Website Changes Effective March 26, 2018
As explained in earlier announcements (August 29, 2017 and December 21, 2017, and February 15, 2018), Federal Student Aid is transitioning Campus-Based business processes to the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System in spring 2018. Implementation is planned for the period March 23–25, 2018.
In this announcement, we provide information about how the eCampus-Based (eCB) System transition will change call center contact information and website links.
Campus-Based Call Center Information and Website Changes
With the transition to the COD System for all Campus-Based activities, all call center functions will shift to the COD School Relations Center. Accordingly, at the close of business on March 23, 2018, the former Campus-Based Call Center will close and all support services will be provided by the COD School Relations Center beginning March 26, 2018. Phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and website links will change.
The table below lists the different support functions and what the new information will be. A school should evaluate and adjust its internal processes, websites, and documentation, as appropriate.

We are in the process of updating all of the contact information on any applicable Federal Student Aid websites. We will also update all appropriate posted documentation, technical guides, and correspondence.
Teacher Cancellation Low Income Directory Website Change
In addition to the call center change, the Teacher Cancellation Low Income (TCLI) Directory website will move and become part of the StudentLoans.gov website.
Former TCLI Website | New TCLI Directory Website |
tcli.ed.gov | https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action |
Once the site is moved, users will go to the StudentLoans.gov website to use or search the TCLI Directory; users will not need to be logged in to the site to complete a search.
We are in the process of updating any applicable Federal Student Aid websites, posted documentation, and correspondence with the new website link. Schools will also have to evaluate and change their websites and documentation, as appropriate.
We appreciate the community’s support as we complete this transition work.
Additional Information
As we move through the transition project, we will provide operational guidance and updates through Electronic Announcements posted to the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website. Schools should continue to monitor the IFAP website for this additional Campus-Based System transition information.
