On August 25, the Department published a notice in the Federal Register announcing two public hearings to obtain input on Department regulations related to postsecondary education that may be appropriate for repeal, replacement, or modification as part of the “Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda” initiative established by Executive Order 13777.
