Federal Student Aid has recently completed transition activities for school support services related to the Department of Education’s collection of defaulted federal student loans and grant overpayments. While the school support services provided by the Default Resolution Group remain in Greenville, TX, some of the associated telephone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail addresses that schools have used in the past have now changed.

In this announcement, we provide updated contact information for the Default Resolution Group, Greenville for questions about loan assignments and Federal Pell Grant Overpayments. These changes are effective immediately.
