Subject: Cash Management Questions and Answers (Q&A)
In response to inquiries regarding the Program Integrity and Improvement final regulations that were published on October 30, 2015, we have developed a set of Questions and Answers (Q&As) to assist institutions as the July 1, 2016 effective date for the regulations nears. The attached Q&As cover issues related to cash management, specifically requirements relating to Tier One and Tier Two arrangements, the student choice menu, fee limitations, disclosures, books and supplies, and confirming student eligibility.
