Subject: New Federal Perkins Loan Program Questions and Answers Available on IFAP Web Site - May 2016
Federal Student Aid has implemented a new Perkins Loan Questions and Answers page on the Campus-Based Processing Information Page of the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site. To navigate to the Campus-Based Processing Information page from the IFAP Web site’s home page, click on the “Campus-Based Programs” link. This link is found under the Information Pages orange box on the right side of the page.
The Perkins Loan Questions and Answers page provides Questions and Answers about the Perkins Loan Extension Act of 2015 and additional Questions and Answers not related to the extension or wind-down of the Perkins Loan Program. This page will be updated periodically and will include the date of the update at the end of each answer.
