Subject: New Address Information for ECSI Federal Perkins Loan Servicer Effective February 2016
In this announcement, we provide updated mailing address information for ECSI Federal Perkins Loan Servicer. These changes are effective immediately.
The street address for sending Federal Perkins Loan assignment documentation and Perkins Loan Assignment System User Access Forms to the Department of Education via overnight or private courier is as follows:

What does this mean for a school and its borrowers?
In most cases, there should be minimal impact on schools and borrowers. However, a school should adjust its processes and documentation as soon as possible.
We are in the process of updating the new address information in the appropriate posted documents, such as the Perkins Liquidation and Assignment Procedures, and on the appropriate Web sites.
