Subject: Updated Record Layouts for the NSLDS School Portfolio Report, Delinquent Borrower Report, and MyStudentData Download
We are pleased to announce updates to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS®) School Portfolio Report (SCHPR1), Delinquent Borrower Report (DELQ01), and to the MyStudentData Download file layout. The updated record layouts have been posted to the NSLDS Record Layouts page on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site.
The updates to each layout are described below.
School Portfolio Report Updates
The updates to the School Portfolio Report include the following changes:
The Record Length has been increased to 600 bytes.
The following data elements have been added to the School Portfolio Report record layout:
First Payment Due Date
Cumulative Total Payment Amount
Next Payment Due Date
Most Recent Payment Effective Date
Income-Driven Repayment Plan Anniversary Date
Additional repayment plan types were added/updated in the Repayment Plan Types table with new values to support the new Revised Pay As You Earn (REPAYE) Plan.
Delinquent Borrower Report Updates
The following data elements have been added to the Delinquent Borrower Report record layout:
First Payment Due Date
Disclosure Date
Cumulative Total Payment Amount
Next Payment Due Date
Most Recent Payment Effective Date
Income-Driven Repayment Plan Anniversary Date
MyStudentData Download File Layout Updates
MyStudentData Download allows students to download their loan, grant, enrollment, overpayment, and program enrollment information from NSLDS into a machine-readable, plain text file.
The following elements were added to the Loan section of the record layout:
Loan Repayment Plan Type
Loan Repayment Plan IDR Plan Anniversary Date
Loan Most Recent Payment Effective Date
Loan Next Payment Due Date
Loan Cumulative Payment Amount
Loan PSLF Cumulative Matched Months
