Subject: Gainful Employment Electronic Announcement #62 - GE Dear Colleague Letters and Electronic Announcements
In 2011, we established on our Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website a special Gainful Employment Information Page to support our efforts to ensure that all institutions have easy access to the most current information on the gainful employment regulatory requirements and the Department's implementation plans. Included in the Gainful Employment Information Page is a section with Dear Colleague Letters and Electronic Announcements related to gainful employment. We are removing the following documents from this section of the Gainful Employment Information Page. However, they will be available on our Archived GE Information Page which can be found under the 'Resources' section of the Gainful Employment Information Page.

GEN-11-10 published on April 20, 2011 is being archived because the guidance in that Dear Colleague Letter does not pertain to the most recent regulations.

Electronic Announcement #11 is being archived because the guidance has been superseded by Electronic Announcement #53.
- Electronic Announcement #39 is being archived because the Department has since published final regulations relating to gainful employment after the Court vacated the earlier regulations.
