Subject: Availability of EDExpress for Windows 2015-2016, Release 3.0

We are pleased to announce the posting of EDExpress for Windows 2015-2016, Release 3.0, on the Department's Federal Student Aid Download (FSAdownload) Web site, located at https://www.fsadownload.ed.gov.

Release 3.0 implements enhancements to Financial Aid Shopping Sheet functionality for the 2015-2016 award cycle and resolves several software issues in the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) module from the prior release. For more information on Release 3.0 enhancements, review the EDExpress for Windows 2015-2016, Release 3.0 Cover Letter, which is available for download from the FSAdownload Web site along with the Release 3.0 software.

You may also want to review the EDExpress for Windows 2015-2016 Installation Guide, which contains important technical information and guidance regarding the installation of EDExpress 2015-2016 in standalone PC and local area network (LAN) environments. This guide is also available for download from the FSAdownload Web site.
