Subject: OUTAGE ALERT - Federal Student Aid Web Site and System Outages January 24-25, 2015

During the period of January 24-25, 2015, we plan to execute extended maintenance and system upgrades to several Federal Student Aid Web sites and systems. This work is in addition to the regular weekly maintenance that occurs each weekend.

This announcement provides information about the Web sites and systems that will be affected during the extended maintenance period. Please review the information in this announcement and evaluate the impact on your school or organization during the period when the affected Web sites and systems will be unavailable.

Outages on Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Sunday, January 25, 2015

From 11:00 P.M. (ET) on Saturday, January 24, 2015 until 11:00 A.M. (ET) on Sunday, January 25, 2015, users will be unable to access many of our Web sites and systems. Users attempting to access an impacted Web site or system during this period will receive an error message informing them that the page cannot be found or that the site is unavailable due to maintenance.
