Subject: OUTAGE ALERT - Unplanned Outage of Federal Student Aid Systems Due to Issue
Federal Student Aid is investigating an issue that is preventing authorized users from accessing many of its systems. The affected systems include the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) Web site, eCampus-Based (eCB), eCDR Appeals, Experimental Sites, FAA Access to CPS Online, Financial Partners Datamart, National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) Professional Access, Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) Enrollment, and EDconnect. StudentLoans.gov is also affected by the issue and unavailable to customers.
Federal Student Aid is working as expeditiously as possible to reinstate normal operations and thanks the community for its patience and understanding.
