Subject: 2015-2016 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet (English and Spanish) (Updated December 30, 2014)
Note: This Announcement has been updated to include the Spanish language version of the 2015-2016 FOTW Worksheet.
The final version of the 2015-2016 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet is now available in English, in Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF file requires 5.0 or greater of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
The FAFSA on the Web Worksheet provides a preview of the questions that an applicant may be asked while completing FAFSA on the Web at www.fafsa.gov. This Worksheet is optional and should only be completed by applicants who plan to use FAFSA on the Web. This Worksheet does not include all questions from the FAFSA; the questions that are included are ordered as they appear on FAFSA on the Web. When filling out the application online, users may be able to skip some questions based on answers to earlier questions.
The 2015-2016 Spanish version of the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet will be available in the following weeks; stay tuned!
