Subject: 2014-2015 SAR Comment Codes and Text Guide (October 2014 Update)
We are pleased to announce the posting of an update to the 2014-2015 SAR Comment Codes and Text reference guide. The reference guide is designed as a stand-alone guide, as well as a companion to the 2014-2015 EDE Technical Reference. The guide includes a description of changes to the SAR comments for 2014-2015, and also provides the complete text for all 2014-2015 comments.
In the October 2014 version of the guide, we added comment code 023 and revised the agency name in comment code 304. For more information, consult the tracking log of changes posted with the reference and in the Appendix.
In addition to its current availability on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site, the guide will also be available in the next several days from the Federal Student Aid Download (FSAdownload) Web site, located at https://www.fsadownload.ed.gov.
