Subject: Updated EDconnect Installation & User Guide Now Available on FSAdownload
We are pleased to announce that an updated version of the EDconnect Installation & User Guide is now available on the Federal Student Aid Download (FSAdownload) Web site. Section 7.1.5 of the guide has been updated to include information on the 533 error (“Login incorrect. Please check your TG Number and/or TG Password.”).The updated guide provides a description of the scenarios that may trigger a 533 error for EDconnect users and includes instructions on how to respond to the error.
