Subject: Independence Day Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours (Updated June 28, 2013)
Note: On June 28, 2013, we replaced the attachment to this announcement. The new document reflects further changes to call center hours for the Independence Day federal holiday.Our federal offices as well as our Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2013 to observe the Independence Day federal holiday. In addition, some of the Title IV processors and call centers will have different operating hours on Friday, July 5, 2013. See the attachment for the various centers' operation status on the holiday.
