Subject: OUTAGE ALERT - SAIG Mailbox Functions Unavailable February 2-3, 2013
During the weekend of February 2-3, 2013, we need to execute an extended maintenance activity that will impact Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) Mailbox users. Please review the information in this announcement and evaluate the impact on your school or organization during the period when the affected SAIG functions will be unavailable. This work is in addition to the regular weekly maintenance that occurs each weekend.
SAIG Mailbox Functions Unavailable from 12:00 A.M. (ET) on Saturday, February 2, 2013 until 11:59 P.M. (ET) on Sunday, February 3, 2013
From 12:00 A.M. (ET) on Saturday, February 2, 2013 until 11:59 P.M. (ET) on Sunday, February 3, 2013, the SAIG mailbox functions will be unavailable in order to implement system updates. During this time, schools will receive an error message informing them that the SAIG is unavailable.
