Subject: NPRM - Title IV Student Loan Programs
On July 17, 2012, we published in the Federal Register a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NRPM) that proposes changes to the regulations that govern the Title IV student loans programs – The Federal Direct Student Loan Program, the Federal Family Educational Loan Program, and the Federal Perkins Loan Program.

The deadline for submitting comments to this NPRM is August 16, 2012. Please carefully review the information in the NPRM for the procedures to be used for the submission and review of comments.
