Subject: Loan Servicing Information - Direct Loan Servicing Center (ACS) Web Sites Unavailable October 12, 2011 (Update #8)
The Direct Loan Servicing Center (ACS) school and borrower Web sites are currently experiencing problems and unavailable to users. These Web sites are www.myedaccount.com. and www.myedaccount.com/schools. As previously communicated, the new Web sites were implemented on October 11, 2011 (October 11, 2011).
We are working with the servicer to resolve the problems and restore normal Direct Loan Servicing Center (ACS) Web site operations as soon as possible.
We will keep the community informed of status through subsequent announcements on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site.
