Subject: CPS Processing on Hold Due to VA System Issue
We are alerting schools that the Central Processing System (CPS) did not process 2010-2011 or 2011-2012 application and correction data on August 29, 2011 due to an issue with the Veterans Administration (VA) system that prevented the agency match from successfully completing. This ongoing delay impacted application and correction data received for CPS processing from August 26, 2011 through August 29, 2011.
We are continuing to work with the VA to research and resolve this issue. Please monitor the IFAP Web site for additional information about this issue and the resumption of normal processing at the CPS.
