Subject: Posting of Federal Register Notice on Voluntary Flexible Agreements for FFEL Program Guaranty Agencies
Today, May 31, 2011, a notice was published in the Federal Register (76 FR 31312) announcing the Secretary’s intent to solicit Voluntary Flexible Agreement (VFA) proposals from guaranty agencies currently participating in the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program. The deadline for a guaranty agency or a team of guaranty agencies to submit one or more proposals is August 1, 2011.
