Subject: COD Computer-Based Training - Final Ten Modules Now Available

Federal Student Aid is pleased to announce the availability of the remaining ten updated modules of the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) Computer-Based Training (CBT). The COD CBT includes enhancements that have been made to the COD System, the COD Web site, and associated Web sites and software products through June 26, 2010.

The ten updated modules are:

  • Using the COD System Search Function

  • Managing School Information

  • Locating Grant Information

  • Locating Direct Loan Information

  • Working with Batches

  • Updating and Creating Records

  • Requesting Data

  • COD System Correspondence

  • COD System Edits

  • Direct Loan Tools
