Subject: SAIG Mailbox Archive and Restore Functions Unavailable September 10-13, 2010
During the period September 10-13, 2010, we need to execute an extended maintenance activity that will impact some functions of the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) mailbox servers. Please review the information in this announcement and evaluate the impact on your school or organization during the period when the affected SAIG functions will be unavailable.
Note: Routine Web site maintenance that occurs each weekend will also be completed as scheduled and announced through other communications methods.
SAIG Mailbox Archive and Restore Functions Unavailable September 10-13, 2010
From 5:00 P.M. (ET) on Friday, September 10, 2010 until 7:00 A.M. (ET) on Monday, September 13, 2010, the archiving process for SAIG mailbox files will not occur. In addition, authorized users will be unable to use the restore functions of their SAIG mailbox.
All other SAIG mailbox functions will remain available.
