Subject: Extension of ARRA FWS Reporting Deadline to April 16, 2010
On April 9, 2010 we posted an Electronic Announcement reminding schools that received ARRA funds as part of their 2009-2010 FWS award that the reporting deadline for the quarter ending March 31, 2010 was April 10. We have now been informed by the Recovery, Accountability, and Transparency Board (the Board) that the deadline for reporting has been extended to April 16, 2010.
Schools are urged to review, not only the April 9 announcement, but also the earlier announcements on this topic that were posted in October, December, and in January.
Schools are also reminded that reporting is required unless the school had previously submitted a “Final Report” as described in the April 9 announcement. Schools that fail to report will be reported to the Board and may be subject to sanctions. The URL for the reporting Web site is https://www.federalreporting.gov.
