Subject: Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours (UPDATED JANUARY 14, 2010)
Note: We revised the attachment to this announcement on January 14, 2010 to remove a reference to a system outage for the G5 Web site. The G5 Web site outage, originally scheduled for the holiday weekend, will be rescheduled. Watch the IFAP Web site for a forthcoming announcement about the rescheduled outage.
Our Federal offices as well as some of our Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2010 to observe the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal holiday. To ensure this important schedule information is presented to the community in an easily-accessible and readable format, we are now providing this information as an attachment.
