Subject: New Ordering Method for Paper Copies of 2009-2010 Federal Student Aid Handbook

We are preparing to mail paper copies of the 2009-2010 Federal Student Aid Handbook to schools. Because most of our publications are available in electronic format on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site, many schools have told us that they no longer need to receive a paper copy of the Federal Student Aid Handbook. To ensure that we do not mail copies to schools that have gone "paperless," we ask schools that wish to receive a paper copy in the initial mailing to pre-order the 2009-2010 Federal Student Aid Handbook through FSAPubs.org.

Pre-Ordering 2009-2010 Federal Student Aid Handbook by May 30, 2009

Between now and May 30, 2009, a school can pre-order a copy of the entire 2009-2010 Federal Student Aid Handbook with or without Volume 6 through FSAPubs.org. To do so, visit the FSAPubs.org Web site or call 800/394-7084.

After the 2009-2010 Federal Student Aid Handbook volumes are mailed to schools that have placed pre-orders, FSAPubs.org will have a limited supply of the basic set (Application and Verification Guide and Volumes 1-5) and Volume 6 (for Campus-Based schools) available for additional orders.
