A PDF copy of the NPRM is attached to this announcement and is also available directly on the IFAP website under Federal Registers. As stated in the Notice, we must receive comments on the NPRM on or before August 13, 2007. If you plan on submitting comments, please carefully review the information on page 32410 of the NPRM since the procedures that will be used for the submission and review of comments have changed since we last published a notice with an invitation to comment.
