Kay Jacks, General Manager, Application, Operations and Delivery Services, Federal Student Aid Summary: FY 2005 Draft Cohort Default Rates to be Released on February 12, 2007 Posted on 02-06-2007 FY 2005 Draft Cohort Default Rates will be released on February 12, 2007 to all eligible schools. All domestic schools will receive their FY 2005 Draft Cohort Default Rate electronically via their SAIG mailbox. Foreign schools will receive their notification package via the U.S. Postal Service. Foreign schools that have one or more borrowers in repayment will receive their Loan Record Detail Report (LRDR) as an encrypted Portable Document Format (PDF) file on a CD-ROM. Foreign schools that receive a CD-ROM will also receive a separate letter providing the password needed to decrypt the LRDR.
