Summary: Direct Loan Servicing Customer Satisfaction Survey for Schools

As part of Federal Student Aid's ongoing focus on customer service, we will solicit feedback from Financial Aid Administrators (FAAs) who have contacted the Direct Loan Servicing Center, School Services Group. We will ask FAAs to rate the level and quality of service that the Direct Loan School Services Group has provided to them. The results of this survey will be used to measure the effectiveness of current services as well as to identify areas that may need improvement.
In the next few days, Training Technologies, Inc., an independent survey company, will contact a random sample of schools via e-mail. The e-mail will request each school's completion of the Web-based survey and provide the link to the survey. If your school is contacted, the survey should take only a few minutes to complete online.
We realize that this is a busy time of year at your school, but feedback from our customers is important for improving the quality of our products and services. Please be assured that your responses are completely confidential.
