Kay Jacks, General Manager, FSA Application, School Eligibility and Delivery Services Summary: 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) Processing Delay at the Central Processing System (CPS) Posted on 02-14-2006 Federal Student Aid would like to notify the financial aid community that we have experienced a delay in processing both 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 ISIR data. Data received by the CPS for processing on Monday, February 13, 2006 was not processed during the normal time frame due to an external matching agency network issue. The CPS will process the data and deliver ISIRs to Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) mailboxes as soon as possible. We anticipate ISIR processing and delivery will be completed either during the evening of February 13, 2006 or during the morning of February 14, 2006.
