The annual updates to the PIN Web site will be implemented on December 27, 2005, from 3:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. ET/ 2:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. CT. During the updates, the PIN Web site will be unavailable. The outage will also affect client systems that use the PIN for authentication, including the following systems:

Direct Loan Servicing Online
Direct Loan Electronic Master Promissory Note Web site
Direct Consolidation Loans Web site
FAA Access to CPS Online
eCampus-Based (eCB) Web site
National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
FAFSA on the Web (all Applications)
