Dear Partner:
We are aware of the slow response time users of the NSLDS FAP Web site are experiencing, and we are taking measures to improve the response time so you can utilize the NSLDS FAP website more effectively.
In the interim, the following suggestions will help you maximize your web browser's access to the NSLDS Web site:
1) Use NSLDS before and/or after peak user hours (i.e., before 9:00 a.m. Pacific standard time and after 5:00 p.m. Eastern standard time).
2) Clear out your cache.
3) Adjust (i.e., increase) internal timers to avoid timing out.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused, and we will keep you informed of our progress in correcting the slow NSLDS response time.
