CPS/SAIG Technical Support (800/330-5947) and NSLDS Customer Service (800/999-8219) are currently unable to receive incoming telephone calls due to a problem with the telephone lines that occurred at 10:00 a.m. Central Time today.
Our telephone service provider is working to correct the problem, but there is no estimate of when service will be restored.
We will send a follow-up message when telephone service is available.
